Haakon Bingen
Haakon Orgland Bingen is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office. He is part of the firm's Petroleum and Energy practice, and specializes in international arbitration. Karolina Czarnetska
Karolina Czarnecka is an Associate at Queritius. She focuses on international arbitration and dispute settlement. Before joining Queritius, she worked in a leading global arbitration law firm in Paris where she gained experience in large commercial- and investment-arbitration cases. She completed her LLM at Sciences Po, Paris, which focused on transnational arbitration and dispute settlement. Her work includes M&A and banking law matters with two big law firms in Warsaw. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Warsaw, focusing her thesis on business and human rights arbitration.

I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from İzmir Institute of Technology (İYTE), İzmir, Turkey in 2017 and 2020, respectively. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and I have been a Research Assistant at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in İYTE since 2018

Trained in international law and having practiced in Switzerland, France, Germany and Ukraine, Anastasiia has advised and represented clients in a number of international and commercial arbitrations under a variety of arbitration rules (including the UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA, Swiss and DIS Rules), complex cross-border litigations, public international law and trade-related matters.
Matthew Draper
I am an experienced litigator and international arbitrator. My practice focuses on commercial disputes related to natural resources, particularly alternative energy, oil, gas and water. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and listed as a Future Leader in Arbitration by Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration 2018. I am a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. I regularly appear as counsel in international arbitrations under the rules of most major arbitral institutions, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL Rules. I act for U.S. and international clients across a variety of industries, including energy, telecommunications, construction, pharmaceuticals, commodities and transportation. I also have significant experience representing financial services and private equity firms in arbitration.
Arne Fuchs
Mr. Fuchs focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and public international law, including investment treaty arbitration. He has experience with disputes conducted under most major institutional rules (including ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, SCAI and DIS Rules), the ICSID Convention and UNCITRAL Rules as well as with pure ad hoc arbitration. Olena Gulyanytska is currently the Head of the Dispute Appointment Service at the CIArb. She is Fellow of the CIArb and a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars on ADR around the world.
Jacob Grierson
Jacob focuses on International Arbitration. Jacob Grierson represents clients from numerous countries in a broad range of international arbitrations, including disputes arising out of the oil and gas, construction, pharmaceutical, telecom and internet industries. Jacob has represented clients in matters involving joint venture disputes, post-merger and acquisition disputes, licensing disputes and distribution and franchising disputes, among others. I am an Avocat at the Paris Bar and a Solicitor in England, with over ten years of experience in arbitration gained in renowned teams in Paris and Geneva. I now focus on collaborating with law firms that wish to add my skillset to their teams temporarily. My roles range from overseeing most aspects of an arbitration to handling specific issues such as jurisdictional objections, points of French and English law, the quantification of damages, or the cross-examination of witnesses and experts. In parallel, I am trying to gain experience as an arbitrator, having previously acted as an administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals.
